How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 7 to 20 business days. Shipping is $8 anywhere in the US and free on orders over $70.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We ship to US addresses only.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the label is created. If it hasn't updated in 10 days, email us.
Why did my order come in more than one package?
Our products ship from partner warehouses, and different items can ship from different places. If you ordered several items, they may arrive separately and on different days. Each package gets its own tracking number.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Email us first with your order number and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Full details are in our Returns policy.
My item arrived damaged or doesn't work. What now?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you. You won't pay to ship anything back.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards through Shopify checkout. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay show up at checkout when your device supports them. We never see your full card number.
